Supporting Social Action and faith based projects

The Vardy Foundation was set up over 30 years ago by Sir Peter Vardy.  In that time it has supported charities in the North East of England as well as overseas.  Sir Peter and the Foundation have moved to Scotland and are keen to see if there are ways to help address some of the issues facing the people of Scotland.  Being a businessman, Sir Peter is keen to bring an early intervention and prevention approach to much of what he funds.   In the last year the Foundation gave away £2.7M to over 115 charities and individuals across a wide range of projects. We have been delighted to support so many outstanding charities that have delivered life-changing outcomes for many people.
